Mr. Williams has been associated with Behrman Capital since 1995. He has more than 35 years of executive and management experience in the Specialty Industrials sector. Mr. Williams currently serves as CEO and Director of Waterline Renewal Technologies and as Director of George Industries. He was most recently President of Peli BioThermal, a division of Pelican Products, a former Behrman portfolio company until its sale in 2021. During his tenure with Pelican, he led multiple acquisitions around the globe and ultimately drove their diversification into the pharmaceutical sector, subsequently establishing the BioThermal division as a leader in the Cold Chain packaging sector. Prior to joining Pelican, Mr. Williams was Vice President of Capital and Engineering for Technicolor Home Entertainment (now Vantiva), the world’s leading manufacturer of Optical Discs (CD Audio, CD-ROM, DVD and Blu-ray). Earlier in his career, Mr. Williams held a series of management positions at Nimbus CD International, also a former Behrman portfolio company. Amongst his roles during his tenure, he led their expansion projects across North America and Europe with multiple plant start-ups.
